This page explains how the website uses technical information. It is separate from the confidentiality of counselling itself.
Optional analytics
Optional analytics and advertising measurement are on unless you decline them, and you can change your mind at any time from . Necessary storage keeps the site working and remembers your privacy choices.
If you allow analytics
The site may use Vercel Web Analytics and Google Analytics to understand which pages are used. This is not used for clinical decisions. Unless you decline, the Google tag loads with analytics and advertising measurement on; declining stops it from loading at all.
If you allow advertising measurement
A click to the Jane booking website may be recorded by Google Ads after someone arrives from an ad. That records a booking-link click, not a completed booking. No remarketing or personalized audience lists are used.
Verification badge
The home page shows a Verified by Psychology Today badge, loaded from Psychology Today’s servers. Loading it sends them the same technical information any web request carries, such as your IP address and browser type. It is separate from the analytics choices above and does not receive anything you do on this site.
Booking and your records
Booking happens on Jane, which has its own privacy terms. This website does not send your name, intake answers, clinical information, appointments, or payments to Google or Vercel.
